Lucille V Hoeft

Lucy Viola Hoeft, age 72, Milwaukee County, passed away on October 16th 2024 after a long battle with breast cancer. Lucy was born on October 28th 1952 to Raymond and Viola Schultz in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Lucy dedicated her life to her family. Lucy had an amazing partner in Kenneth Hoeft and together they had two children, Kirk Hoeft and Stacy Hoeft.

Lucy gave her time to her community from 2015-2024 as a crossing guard and volunteering for the Milwaukee Police Department as an Auxiliary Officer. When she wasn't dedicating her time to the station she found interest in traveling to Disney World with her family and seeing all the magical things that are there. Disney was her favorite place to visit but most of all meeting Mickey and Minnie Mouse brought so much joy to her on those special trips. One special thing about Lucy is she never missed an event with her family or the Auxiliary. She made time for all those she cared about. She was one of a kind! Lucy touched so many peoples lives throughout her journey on earth and will be missed tremendously. She put a smile on everyone's face, young or old. 

She is survived by her son Kirk (Lisa) Hoeft, her daughter Stacy Hoeft, her grandchildren Samantha (Derek) Hagge, Shannon (Jordan) Sreckovic , Dakota Codot, Gabriel Hoeft, Xavier Hoeft and great grandchildren, Gabe, Aleihna, Owen, Judah, Amelia, Eleanora, and Ivie, Lucy was preceded in death by Kenneth Hoeft, Raymond and Viola Schultz, her grandson ian and two great grandchildren Abigal and Aleksandar.

Lucy was one of the most loved people, her determination, dedication, loyalty, love and compassion are what made her so special. Her family asks that you cherish all the memories you have with her and never let her be forgotten. Spread her memories to those who need a simple smile. She may be gone from our sight, but never from our hearts. 

A visitation will be held on Friday October 25, 2024 at Risen Savior Lutheran Church, 9501 W Drexel Avenue, Franklin, Wisconsin with a private family viewing from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM and everyone welcome from 10:30 AM to 11:45 AM. The funeral service will start at 12:00 PM with a reception to immediately follow at Risen Savior Lutheran Church.
