Luis Guillermo Donate Jr.

Luis Guillermo Donaté passed away January 15, 2025, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. 

Luis grew up in Milwaukee and later served his country with honor as a member of the U.S. Army. During his service, he was stationed in Washington, where he met his beloved wife, Kelly. The couple built a life together filled with love and shared memories. 

Luis had a fulfilling career working for Boeing, a company he deeply admired and enjoyed being part of over the years. Outside of work, he was passionate about classic cars and motorcycles, finding joy in their craftsmanship and beauty. He was also an avid movie enthusiast who appreciated the art of storytelling on screen. 

Luis is lovingly remembered by his wife Kelly; his two children, Luis and Jessica; his sisters Aida Cruz (Fred Cruz) and Carmen Mielke (Chris Mielke) as well as his nieces and nephews. His memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew him. 

A service to honor Luis’s life will be held at Southern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery on Thursday, February 13, 2025, at 1:00 p.m.
